We work diligently to accommodate all of our clients, and while we understand that emergencies do happen, we kindly ask for 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If a cancellation is made within 48 hours, or you failed to show for your scheduled appointment time, we will require a credit card on file to reschedule and book a new appointment. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking an appointment. However, if the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or you fail to show up for the appointment, a $100 nonrefundable charge will be applied to your credit card on file.

Again, in the case of timely cancellation, we will not charge your credit card.

Late Policy

In our efforts to make your visit pleasant, comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our practice has implemented a late arrival policy.

If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is to ensure that the clients who arrive on time do not wait longer than necessary to see the provider. You may be given the option of another appointment time on the same day if one is available. We will try to accommodate late arrivals as best as possible but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other clients.

New clients are required to fill out new client paperwork upon the first appointment. If you are attending your first appointment with us, please arrive to the office at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to complete the paperwork.

Refunds and Product Returns

Please note that no refunds will be issued once services are rendered. No skincare products will be accepted for return or exchange.


All payments are due in full at the time of service. All package payments are due in full at the time of the first treatment session. We accept cash, checks, as well as all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.
